Industrial Park Basic Land Cost Formula
Manufacturing – proposals for manufacturing facilities as the primary land use shall pay base price of $10,000 per acre.
Warehouse/Storage – proposals for warehousing and storage as the primary land use shall pay base price of $15,000 per acre.
Ownership – The City of Fennimore owns the industrial property. Fennimore Industrial & Economic Development Corporation (FIEDC) markets the land.
Land sales are approved by the Fennimore City Council.
To qualify for incentives, client shall provide business plan, estimated cost of the project and number of initial jobs to be created.
Note: Land incentive is limited to total acres needed for project development.
Land will not be reduced to less than $1 per acre.
